It's always great when he's working with both Yuen Biao and Sammo Hung, so Wheels on Meals, Dragons Forever, Project A.

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Pitch Perfect, and A League of Their Own. All ridiculously quotable.

Here's something different:
The massive Chief Bromden pulling the heavy drinking fountain off its foundation and throwing it through the reinforced windows so he can escape at the end of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.

The Princess and the Goblin and The Polar Bear King. Both pretty obscure at this point, but oh boy were they some early 90s disturbing weirdness.

She’s a 25 year old woman practically grooming a 15 year old boy. And the kiss at the end seals it. Like I’m cool if other people enjoy it, it’s just not the kinda thing I want to get into

Pulp Fiction is an anthology so it's kinda cheating. Each segment within it has a clear main character -- Travolta, Willis, and Jackson at various points.
But anyway... ensemble movies.
Godzilla
Trial of the Chicago 7
Parasite
Fargo
Burn After Reading
Them!
Inglorious Basterds
The Avengers (and its sequels)

There's a fantastic, creepy, gruesome scene in David Lynch's Dune, featuring Baron Harkonnen getting doctor's treatments to keep his grotesque skin diseases flowering.
And one of the bigger side-stories in Terry Gilliam's Brazil has "Mrs. Lowry" undergoing perpetual plastic surgery:

then why arent general audiences loving both. they are happy watching something dumb and shallow, which of course they have the right to, but they almost ignore really well crafted films that are also entertaining

Here's a quote I've found different ways to use many times:
"Kids are starving in India and you're walking around with a sombrero full of peanuts."
