It is a dark humor crime comedy, though…. Perhaps we could argue that it’s so absurdist and violent that it crosses from dark humor to black humor.
Maybe you have to be a bit depressed/nihilistic to laugh at Martin McDonagh films, but I find them uproariously funny while also being a bit philosophical. You not finding it funny seems to just be a matter of taste and, perhaps, intellect.

Well, I guess I'm inconsiderate then. But, thankfully, you have no say in what I do or don't do. Yeesh.

That they didn't end up there by accident but by 3rd party plan. (Government, big corporation, rogue elements, whatever.)

You're basically describing ensemble movies, where multiple 'main' characters share roughly equal screen time.
Magnolia is my go-to ensemble movie.

Crash (2004). Works surprisingly well in telling a cohesive story despite the various characters of different backgrounds.
Speaking of Tarantino, The Hateful Eight (2015) is another that he did. In my opinion, one of his more under-appreciated films.

The fact of the matter is that you may be nose blind to your own scents. Removing your shoes indoors in a location that it is not expected or required is extremely inconsiderate of others. It’s as inconsiderate as dousing yourself in heavy cologne/ perfume. And that’s what this entire thread is about… people being inconsiderate of others in movie theatres.

Or, apparently, a refined sense of humor. He probably enjoys Jerry Lewis movies.

It’s going to be what 90-95 minutes? Will there be time for plot twists? Except for the one after the credits teasing the sequel?

My take from the trailer is that they landed on earth during a particular dinosaur timeline (Jurassic?). The film is called 65 and dinosaurs became extinct 65 million years ago. So they traveled back in time. However, I should say I don’t know anything about the story, I’ve avoided the trailers but only copped a bit here and there.

A lot of Wes Anderson’s stuff uses an ensemble cast. Also some Jim Jarmusch and Robert Altmann movies or Babel and Amores Perros by Inarritu.

Or the film fades, and we see a bunch of clothed dinosaurs sitting in a cinema, having just watched a screening of ‘cocaine human’

They are not on Earth in the past but actually another planet.
It’s actually a Godzilla movie. Godzilla is the final boss and the dinosaurs are his spawn.

Or the last dying dinosaur whispers to him ‘I ask you, who is the real monster? No, not I’. Adam drops to his knees and cries out. Fade to black. The end?

Love this movie, and it's been a decade since I've seen it, but I think Ian Holm could be considered the main character. He's coming into the town from outside and the viewer is getting the story through his eyes. The end of his investigation effectively marks the end of the movie.
