Not a film, but The Wire examines multiple facets of Baltimore. It's the most in-depth and realistic depiction of a city I've ever seen, and the best thing that's ever been on TV.

I just watched Titan A.E. and I believe the Wikipedia entry for "2000" should just consist of a link to the soundtrack for that movie. In other words, thumbs up.

I am judging the movie on the criteria that I wasn't given what I was promised. If I were at a restaurant and ordered a steak to receive a salad instead, I would judge that salad on how good it is as the steak I ordered. When choosing a movie based on the trailer, you expect the movie to be what was promised in the trailer. I got something totally different. Something I didn't want to watch.

So i can't look at someone's else's interpretation and disagree? Can't make my own inferences or conclusions?
