my oven doesn't have numbers just up and down.. starts at 170°F and never needed to go over 475°F

that would take bravery of the sort i do not yet possess, lol. best i can do is build up my courage for 10 minutes, wildly place some tupperware over it after missing the first couple times, and then run outside at the speed of light to drop it while screaming my head off.

it doesnt look like wear marks from frequent use, but greasy marks from recent use, fingerprints included

Is that what it is? I've been trying to figure it out.
It wasn't very big, I just in 10 years of living in L.A. have never had anything except the occasional tiny house spider in my place.
