Was the skin growing back incredibly painful? Did you have to use opioids for the pain? I know someone who broke her femur recently and found that after two weeks of opioids she had a serious time getting off of them I hope you heal quickly.

As an aside, I love how the same abbreviation (UP) can stand for such disparate places as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Uttar Pradesh. I had to reread the sentence when my mind initially used the wrong one.
It's a neat contrast.

That’s messed up. I got an appendectomy a few weeks ago and they used some kinda fake skin bandages. Maybe super glue I think.
