Ya, if it’s a big one they might let it drain nowadays by leaving a stitch or two out. I think they do that sometimes if they’re worried it’ll fill or they missed a peace of the sac.

I used to work at a metal shop and we would get the tiniest of metal splinters. It was fun using the scope and calipers to pull them out.

Seems a bit much to let it drain but if it was swollen that badly, I suppose it makes sense.

Love it! I just saw a mcdonalds menu from Korea and they incorporated Bulgogi (korean bbq dish) . Was pretty tasty!
