To be fair, the truck will hold, haul, and tow a lot more; plus can handle a much wider variety of road (or non-road) conditions.
The question isn't whether the truck is more capable, it's whether the owner ever uses any of those capabilities.

When I was growing up in Singapore this was standard practice. Though some of the artists were much better than others!
