I think it's more of a combination of shit corporations and shit people. There are shit corporations who dont care about people, and there are shit people who regularly seek out weaknesses in a corporation in order to file an easy lawsuit for easy money. Then we have the select few who are USDA Certified Stupid and think you can drink bleach or shove a tampon soaked in alcohol up your ass and not have anything bad happen to you, those guys, theyre the ones we have to have warning labels for in all reality.
Edit: not saying old lady was a dumbass, her situation was the definition of an accident.

Yeah? Neither of those are particularly uncommon situations.

If I was to guess, I’d say there’s at least 200,000 cans in this pile of bales

They used a lock of his hair to determine that he was being slowly poisoned by the cyanide compounds used as dyes in ink in the wallpaper in his bedroom on Saint Helena.

These will be sold to companies that melt them down and turn it back into aluminium ingots, then those ingots will be sold to industrial companies that can use them in whatever they’re producing

Yeah I know this, that's why I shared the link. The people aren't the monsters it the corporations. The woman who sued her nephew for breaking her ankle at his birthday party. She was forced to sue the insurance company who refused to do the one thing they are supposed to do and they forced her to name the nephew because it was his birthday party or something like that.

Yes, however let me explain some smaller not widely known facts of the case.
She was actually against the lawsuit and only wanted her medical bills to be paid for. Thanks to the up and coming media age, she got way more.
The end problem is that hot coffee generally has to be brewed between 175-195F, but it also has to be served between 150-170F iirc. A Keurig, for example, spits coffee out at 195.
Then we come into the issue of workload during breakfast hours, fast food having their timers for how quickly someone goes through their drivethrough, etc.

If a) you have a good butcher and b) have the time and experience to prepare the steak properly.

I wish I didn't have to work...but I can see the value of spending my hard earned cash on a good meal from time to time too.

Bit of both if we’re being honest, I’ve seen a fair number of these and a bunch of the space is more house space - that upper level and maybe even some room in the back of that “garage” are probably more living area, maybe a man cave or storage or something. Way to get more “house” without actually adjusting your real house

I am guessing you never have been to a good steakhouse then. Find a Ruth's Chris sometime...
There is a HUGE difference between the "grocery store" beef, which is primarily grain fed, mass produced beef, and grass fed beef. You CAN taste it!
There is also the cut of the beef and the dry aging, both of which will improve the taste and texture. A proper dry aged steak is aged for at least 21 days...which also contributes to the cost of your meal.
If beef isn't your thing, this may be wasted on you, though...but for someone who enjoys a good steak, there really is no comparison.
Alternatively, you can also find a good local butcher who has grass fed beef, and dry age and prepare the steaks yourself...
