Jup I managed that when I was in a trampoline hall and just jumped around and wanted some fun But my body just denied it and then I landed wrong on my feet gif

I’ll have a follow up with my primary soon and have him double check just in case. I’ve heard swelling can make it difficult to see fractures.

Looks a lot like when I broke a metatarsal. Guessing it was at least as painful. Glad you got it x-rayed.

It’s been a painful process but looks worse than it feels. I’ve moved onto a constant dull ache in the ankle/foot now which has actually kept me up at night.

Rolled my ankle playing indoor soccer. Worst pain I’ve ever felt from rolling an ankle and the swelling was immediate. Went to the ER who took an X-ray and confirmed there was no fracture.

I’ve utilized the RICE methods the entire time.

Time between the photos is about 1 week.
