I tried those. I tried the disposable ones, the wax ones and the memory foam ones, but the low frequencies still pass through. That's where active noise-canceling shines. Like my neighbour has a deep booming voice and if they're having a conversion, and I'm trying to sleep the ANC earphones are the only thing that shuts it out.

Dekoni makes foam tips for those buds. Foam tips hold MUCH better than silicon and provide a solid seal giving you better sound, and their sizes may be better for your ears.

I need something to help keep noise down when I sleep as I work overnights.

If they are cycling close enough and fast enough to hit your door when you're opening it that's most likely their fault, you wouldn't be changing their life it would be their own doing.

Since I had surgery a few years ago they’ve been very mild. Luckily I’ve only had the two above but they come out basically without any pain.

Already have worked with a nutritionist and urologist. My body just doesn’t process minerals well even with appropriate water consumption (which I almost exclusively drink)

All I drink daily is one-two cups of coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. My body just doesn’t break down minerals well. I’ve already worked with a urologist and nutritionist.
