Yeah fair, I actually don't mind strings that are a bit dulled. They're bad when playing for an audience or recording, but at home I'm glad they don't ring through the entire apartment building.
I do remember playing as a kid on my first guitar with cheap strings and lots of noise around at an exhibition from my music school. People had to huddle around me to actually hear me. I could've used some decent strings back then, lol.

Those came out shortly before Christmas and every adult in my life gave me one of these packs for Christmas. Easiest, most appreciated Christmas gift ever. I don't have any of them anymore (I was a teenager and teenagers need money), but I do still have 10 Deutsche Mark somewhere.

This is the correct way to express this situation. İf you said "My egg is wrinkled" then we would have to question how you could lay eggs, as we have done for some other redditors.
