Not quite, this is mostly made of all the stuff that gets flushed but doesn’t flow. Builds up an causes issues in sewage systems.
Flushing wet wipes, sanitary pads and dumping cooking oils and grease down the drain is the main causes.

You really don’t take care of your instruments, huh? I recommend doing cleaning and applying oils almost every time you change strings, which you should do every 1-2 months if you use it regularly
