He could’ve been released which I hope not but that doesn’t mean he’s free. Possibly they released him while they gather evidence but honestly being the clown he is he will probably try to defend himself and lose in 30 minutes. In the end he’s going to jail.

Basically this chick went to Tate’s party, and she got a call from her boyfriend and she lied about wanting to be at the party, and said Andrew was holding her hostage. So the boyfriend calls the cops who call the US Embassy in Romania (where they are at) and they get Their address from the pizza order. They get arrested, and the cops don’t find anything illegal, and they check the cctv and see the girl going outside of the property to retrieve the pizza, proving that she wasn’t held hostage.
