Admittedly you’re not wrong and I’m being overtly passive in trying to just achieve the end goal as simply as possible. The first two instances when I was 20 and 25 are excusable. My first two interactions with the legal system. The biggest mistake was not lawyering up on what I thought was the final issue in Newburyport court. My issue with litigation is time, and the fact that I think I may have shot myself in the foot when I thought I was finally settling the matter and got all the official documentation that everything was paid and my license was considered valid based on no fines being owed. Looking through the paperwork vs state law im worried I essential “plead” guilty for moving violations in return for having the misdemeanor of driving on a suspended removed from my record. That’s not how it was presented to me in court, and why I feel stupid for not lawyering up at that point. So I’m not sure a lawyer could do anything for me now.

Maybe if you paid all your bills then you might lose some ,if you have an acrewed bills then it will be applied.I re-aplied also in late october because mine was a renewal not a first apllication and I did not pay my gas bill and it had a balance of 900 something and fuel assistence paid the full $900 march 8.

If you have a back balance it's covered don't worry.

What happens to unused fuel assistence after april varries fuel company to fuel company ,you might ask them.My company Berkshire gas gives us a credit in the system and often I don't get another bill until september but I can't speak for your carrier.

Yes your gas and elecric bills will get a reduced rate for the full year.

Now that your approved your carrier knows you are approved next year they likely won't shut off for delinquent payment and then when the FA hits your account in march the back balance will be covered.

Oh this is excellent information. Because of the last interaction I had with the state I thought I kind of put the nail in my own coffin by paying the infractions in exchange for the removal of the misdemeanor driving on a suspended. Akin to a plea deal, I was concerned by doing that I’d have no legal recourse going forward. Knowing they’ve had legal issues themselves, potentially the period of time in which this first happened to me might give me some ground to stand on. I’ll look into that and proceed with contacting people higher up via the mass.gov directory. I didn’t realize the RMV had a court system/legal connection to the state(most traffic courts aren’t connected directly to the RMV/dmv in other states.) thanks for the info!

 I mean I disagree with aspects of plenty of laws. Many still have a positive impact.

But your characterization is wrong. Holden doesn't have to "build hundreds of thousands of units". It has to *zone* 50 acres to allow up to 750 units to be built [1]. That is it.

The city doesn't have to build a damn thing. Private enterprise will do that.

Holden surface area is 23,000 acres. 0.2% of it will need to be designated as higher density. There is so much hand wringing going on over ultimately a minor change to zoning in the area.

Every other discussion point here is completely speculative. If Holden is such a terrible place to build, nobody will build the density. If Holden has problems with water/sewer, that will have to be figured out, but there won't be some magical fairy that comes in and forces them at gunpoint to build a new wastewater treatment plant overnight. If some other thing happens to Holden as part of this, I suspect they will have the intelligence and wherewithal to deal with it.

Let's. Move. Forward. Create the zoning. Work through the next steps.
