Licensed CSL here, a closet is not required per code in MA, but some towns may require it per municipal code.

What’s required:

  1. Min 70 Sqft
  2. Two means of egress
  3. Window
  4. No less than 84” in ceiling height (new construction)
  5. Heat and min of 2 electrical outlets.

I think this will be very dependent on OP's local municipality. My husband and I definitely toured a Shaker-style home that had (and I am not exaggerating) ZERO bedroom closets. There was a small closet in one office/room right off the kitchen. And one coat closet in the entry that had been fitted with a stackable washer/dryer. But none of the upstairs rooms had closets.

Mice will come into your house during the fall and winter Months especially as it’s nice and warm, plenty of places they can hide, and a crapload of edible stuff and water source… we had em a couple of years ago out of the blue and it was a real pain to get rid of them.. thanks to my supercat and glue traps, we managed to kill around 40 in total… I know glue traps, but seriously it’s the only thing that really works… poisons, humane traps just don’t do it… and mice in a house are regally dangerous because they chew wires, and carry so many bad bugs…

The Korean toast food stand is not where all of the other food stands are. In fact, I missed it initially. It is to your direct left as soon as you enter the store. It's where they used to have the jewelry stand. That little connecting hall to the left of the entrance that connects you to the cash registers? Right there, at that first left corner. If you're at the bulk ordering stand, you've gone too far.

We live in the 'burbs. Occasionally mice get in the attic. Keep glue traps up there just in case. The pest service will inspect for openings into the attic when they are spraying for ants. They close them off with caulking or steel wool shoved into any areas mice can squeeze through. Haven't had issues in the last 4 or 5 years. At one point they chewed through a pipe insulation to get in and it tool a week or two to get them all. The key is to address it quickly. If you wait, the house can get overrun fast.

Hey! I can install an HVAC system for you affordably, but.. most people get greedy, and then refuse to pay at all and nickel and dime. I went to a vocation school for it, worked under a regional manager, installed myself, got certifications, then became a plumber. But nickel and dime customers are a pain. The whole get quotes thing is a waste of time, but it is only because you don't know who is good in the industry and are forced to rely on well marketed companies with shiny trucks, and when you get a good hvac guy, you get so greedy and suspicious, the guy doesn't wanna work for you.

If you want some tasty Korean corn dogs, check out Kong Dong (lmfao) in Davis Square. I went in for the meme a while back and now it's my guilty pleasure snack place. I'll literally walk over just for their hot cheetos corn dog. Bonus points if you scarf it down outside.

Rodents could be anywhere in the world that has a food source attracting them and a method for rodent entrance in your dwelling.

I don't get any but I'm on the second floor and non of my pipes allow entrance but I have seen dead mice in the parking lot.

Trailors are actually the worst for rodents and insects for sure ,stay away from mobile homes if you don't want vistors

We were there a few weeks ago and didn't see anything new. We just got the chicken fried rice + egg + chili cabbage. My daughter ordered for us while my job was to find a table as it was lunchtime. I would certainly have noticed cheese toast on a table.
