When you change your clocks this weekend, remember to check your alarms.

Replace alkaline batteries in alarms that use them, and check the manufacturing date printed on the back. Replace smoke alarms more than 10 years old and replace carbon monoxide alarms more than 5–7 years old. New smoke alarms should be photoelectric with sealed, long-life batteries and a hush feature: https://www.mass.gov/news/when-you-change-your-clocks-check-your-alarms

Difference here is that it isn’t a good cup of strong coffee. It is bagel world coffee. I’m 90% sure that at least with their Salem and Peabody locations that they just leave their milk out at room temperature all day. Haven’t had BM issues but have yet to have a “coffee with milk” that hasn’t had a think layer of gunky dairy substance at the bottom

His Nana commented this: “Jovan I love you and are worried sick about you. Please call and let us know that you are okay and safe. Please come home You are very special to us and we just want you to be safe and back in your loving home. Everyone is out looking for you. You don't realize how many people are trying to help find you. Stay safe and hurry home. Call me if you need a ride. I love you with all my heart. Nana”

I am assuming, by her comment, they’re looking for him for his own safety.

It is not unusual for a good cup of strong coffee to trigger a BM (bowel movement), especially in the morning.

Caffeine is more of a diuretic than a laxative, per say. But let's just say, it can get everything moving.
