Cedar Street Grille in Sturbridge has a nice brunch on Sundays. Once you are out that way you have a few small breweries nearby (Altruist, Oakholm, Rapscallion) and of course Treehouse is one town over in Charlton. Plus, plenty of antique shops in the vicinity for her.

Edit: typo

Fogo de Chao has a brunch that’s kind of an experience. They have the whole market table with fruits, meats, cheeses, plus waffles and made to order omelets. Then if you’re feeling carnivorous, you can get the rodizio service (endless grilled meats). The mimosas are great too. Also they take reservations, which I would recommend.

I like the idea of a cake with a prize inside! I had heard of baking a bean or a radin into a cake as a “ who gets it “ kinda thing before - I just wasn’t sure just it was called/what the practice was for. Til.

Purchase in Littleton in 2021 making just under 100k household. Now making around 140k.

We love it. On a good day, only about 45 minutes from Boston and Worcester, 20 from Nashua, 15 to Lowell.

Also, with the student loan pause, I qualified for PSLF this year and haven’t paid on my loans in almost three years. Honestly the pause made this all possible.

Go to Farmers Daughter in Sudbury. Looks to be in your general area. Chris Evans allegedly frequents the Whole Foods next door, maybe that will cheer your wife up lol.

I’m sorry I can’t give company name. I don’t participate in cancel culture and if I did they would lose business which would hurt all the employees. At least this unemployment thing sucks but they pay decent hourly and leave the drivers alone 🤷🏻‍♀️. I wouldn’t want to see other families go without pay cuz I did that. They will kill the company without my help.

It depends on things like having a well and septic system vs town water and sewer. I think population and agriculture in the town might have something to do with it but not positive. My property qualified but other properties in my town might not have. Properties in towns surrounding Worcester might qualify.

Thank you! They use to offer unemployment in April when the kids didn’t own the business the parents did. Oil season dies down in April/May (past 2 years it slowed down in March) so they would offer voluntary lay off cuz they didn’t have full 40 hours for all drivers. Then about the last 2 years they stopped allowing lay offs saying it was to much paper work. So now the drivers just deal with some weeks have 40 hours and other weeks have 28 hours. They refuse to lay off. You can’t file a claim just for lost hours until they lay you off. Employees have been told if the owners ever hear the word “union/unemployment” your immediately terminated.

Well, we don't know how old he is, how many points he currently has. Depending on what he gets hit with, AAA Defensive Driver Course could completely offset this. He would have to talk to his insurance agent to determine whether it's worth fighting or not. Hopefully his ins person knows their shit.
