No you have to go into a decade's worth of debt for third party training first.

Alright guys I just thought I'd throw a joke in, albeit probably an overly cynical one. I have no idea what it takes to do HVAC at a level that guy is proposing. I just pull fiber optic cable for a living, if I could learn HVAC and double my pay with that guy's company I'd do it in a heartbeat

Accountant here - there is some wrong information here in this thread about taxing of an LLC and S Corps. There are distinctions between these two things. An LLC is a legal structure that protects its partners from personal liability (there are exceptions to this, if the “corporate veil is pierced”). An S Corp is a tax-filing status where income flows through the entity to the person (S Corp v C Corp are the two types companies file for taxes, a lot of differences here but that’s another discussion).

LLCs require a higher fee because of the protection provided to LLCs by the state. People in this thread who say LLCs are taxed differently than S Corps or those who say MA is stupid and that’s why it’s a higher fee literally have zero clue what they’re talking about.

There's so many things wrong with our education system that penalizing disruptive kids with no alternatives is ultimately the problem. More has to be done for both students and teachers. I am not expecting today's educators to recognize psychological or sensory issues but we are programming alot individuals to hate systems like school. Most end up going to check on friends or get something to eat in the end. Leaving the student bitter, unproductive and utterly dangerous at today's standards.

Check with your city/town planning department. If your city/town is eligible for Community Development Block Grant funds from the Federal Government, they may be used for programs to help first time buyers. Don't expect much, it won't be Daddy Warbucks help, but you may be eligible for lower interest rates, or some other closing cost assistance.

You should tell your bosses they need to pay more. On that salary your prospective employee will only qualify for an $1,100 apartment. Good luck finding that anywhere near Waltham! Even a room with multiple roommates goes for more than that these days.

That is good to know, but not exactly the reason I ask cuz someone was antagonizing me really aggressively not like you said a mean word. More like come hit me bro, come do it, and when I walked away they kept following me saying to attack them, and just f up stuff, also that if I attack they will get a knife on me. I know they just wanted to get a rise out of me to attack. I just wasn't sure if i would get in trouble or not? Sorry for the stupid question
