I’ve encountered a few of these scammers on Facebook and Craigslist. People take pictures off of Zillow or something like that and make fake listings for places they don’t own. I won’t give any money until after I able to go and see a real apartment. Be careful out there these people are preying on people who are desperate to find a home

I would assume there will be significant quality of life impacts as construction of the neighboring bayfront neighborhood gets underway. There's only two ways in and out of that neighborhood, and one of them is going to be a mess for years, I bet. On the other hand, allegedly, Bayfront will get a light rail stop, so that could solve the connectivity issue if you are thinking very long term.

Artists aren’t free. You pay to go to Moma or the Met to view art. Why are you discounting a current local artist for trying to sell his artwork? You asked and you definitely received the answers that this group has provided. After the link to his gallery, your only response should have been thank you and bought a piece from a local artist. I put between 2 to 4 bags out every week or every other, for around a month. Could be the bags were a bit too heavy, or not neatly concealed?
