I'm getting YouTube ads from Liberty State Park For Paul. He's really going all-in this time around. I wonder how much money this is all costing him. At a certain point, it's going to be cheaper to buy Port Liberté and tear that down instead of the nature preserve.

Moved from 90 Columbus to 65 Bay. Everything feels higher quality in 65 Bay despite the building being a few years older.

That said the gym is tiny and cramped and I immensely missed having Base access. Base is not worth the $170 or whatever membership rate IMO.

Has anyone looked into the environmental impact of all the fertilizer and weed killer used on that golf club? The drainage runoff very likely takes this overwhelming chemical poisoning directly to the Hudson. Action should be taken to end all use of weed killer pesticides and harmful caustic fertilizer so close to the estuary boundary.

At some point you’d have to factor in the cost difference between renting at such a high price point vs buying a condo in the area. Not to say that makes sense for everyone but the rents around here are so mind boggling and my mortgage has stayed basically the same for years

You’re absolutely right. That’s the right thing to do. Here is a start and I will post again later today after I draft a comprehensive summary.

This is the NJ State law: https://www.state.nj.us/dca/divisions/codes/publications/pdf_lti/new_const_m_dwell_law.pdf

In addition, if you live in Jersey City, this is our local law, Chapter 260: https://library.municode.com/nj/jersey_city/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=CH260RECO

some do some dont. ask around those subs or services. Some have tons of other items for sale.

and for those complaining about the "law"

these places do a ton of advertising all over the place.

hell one of them has a huge banner outside of their house with the name of the company on it and web presence that says exactly what they do. i dont think many people care about the "law" when it comes to marijuana anymore. the only @$$holes still busting chops are marhsalls and sherrifs and thats cause they are just @$$holes to begin with.

and for all the people who want shrooms. So many online resources to buy premade kits. throw it in your garage or basement or closet wait a specified time. follow directions and have a nice tub of fun and its easy as hell compared to growing lets say a pot plant....

metrocard is made so MTA can make extra money off people on such tiny increments left on cards.

now round it up to the amount of metrocards and you can imagine how much money they make of this scheme.

this is the new cash cow reality. know you know why majority fo new construction are rentals only.

Found a new way to rip people off without the mortgage scams. Not everyone can buy a house but everyone needs a place to live in.

The next several generation of kids are going to find it impossible to own a home let alone have the finances to be able to barely afford to rent one...
