typically the contract itself would state what forms of notice are possible so you should actually review the document again. you can call the tenant relations office for the law if it is not stated in the contract though.

Even if the technical 90 day period wasn't done properly, it would simply delay the inevitable if the landlord then decided to now give 90 days notice. It's not like you automatically get another year at current rent.

Does St. Peters have community memberships? I inquired during the pandemic and they weren't doing them. Same with NJCU which recently confirmed no community access. Pershing is great though!

Ok, facts so far. 8 members of Team Fulop enjoyed a trip to Paris.
Fulop camp has refused to divulge who paid for the trip except to say that tax dollars were not involved in anyway.
Jersey City Times has reported that federal covid funds were used to finance the trip. The allegation was not denied by the city.

Sometimes I look out the front of the light rail and I have seen conductors go on a horizontal bar at an intersection. (Horizontal bar tells train to stop at crossing vertical says to go)

EDIT. Upon closer inspection it appears the operator ran through a signal telling them to stop, you can see a horizontal bar in this image.
