You can’t live in society without posing a risk to others. We all spread germs and bacteria which cause illness, and in some cases, death. Data has shown being both masked and vaccinated doesn’t stop transmission either, let alone some HEPA filters within a massive gym. Lock yourself away and never interact with humans again if you’re that concerned.

OP knows the only true answer is to workout at home, within the context that their partner has a health issue. We can’t all wear hazmat suits forever to keep the frailest members of society perfectly preserved.

So no, actually, it’s not exactly a reasonable request, because the answer is self-evident. If you’re afraid of the world, workout at home. Unfortunately life isn’t fair.

No, that's called a "spot reassessment", and not done here. But don't make the mistake of pre-reval purchasers of undertaxed Downtown properties and think that it's etched in stone. By the current ratio of sales to assessments we're already due for another reval, and your property would be reassessed base on sales comps.

I think it's a perfectly reasonable comparison, but happy to be convinced otherwise if you think there's an important distinction here. (I'm politely overlooking your unfounded accusation that I'm arguing in bad faith.)

To repeat, I think this thread is filled with hypocrites who believe that a "sovereign citizen" violating vehicle and traffic laws is worthy of condemnation because they've been told to think of of those people as right-wing and contemptible, but the (more common) case of an illegal immigrant violating vehicle and traffic laws is exempt from condemnation because illegal immigration isn't supposed to be criticized.
