The problem is there aren’t a lot of gyms in jc and the ones we do have are packed to the brim. I think at this point all you can do is mask up and sanitize before and after using any equipment. Or like the other commenter said try to make the most out of home workouts. Good luck!

I'm such a moron! Silly me decided to spend 7 years and an assload of money getting a juris doctorate and passing a bar to be a lawyer. I should have just paid $250 to the American Justice Foundation for my honorary law degree at www.howtowinincourt.com! What was i thinking!? I could have learned how to control lawyers and judges in "any case and in any court!

(I found this as a link in the website you linked about the plates. Ugh. These people...)

In context though: Journal Square has been ignored by the city. Anything the city should be on top of has been ignored and is now a hot mess. Throwing a fancy French Art Museum on the problem is exactly like putting up an astonishingly expensive beautiful marble sculpture to help put out a forest fire.

There’s plenty of hilarious yet still painful to watch videos of sov cits trying to argue in and around courts of law. They always look like they know they’re wrong but trying to make it work anyway-it’s the weirdest kind of wrong energy and bad acting.

Okay, clearly you're dumb, so I'll explain this in simple terms.

There are three factors at work here: Inflation, where everything gets slightly more expensive over time. Development, where Jersey City is improving and becoming significantly more expensive over time due to increases in demand. COVID, which drove the market out of whack but is a temporary effect that was wearing off in multiple ways throughout 2022 and has now mostly worn off.

The reason that OP's rent increased by 10% each year for the past two is that last year, it was still recovering from the temporary COVID effect. The reason that it's 10% higher than before COVID is that the long-term effects still apply. They are totally different subjects.

The people who live here in Journal Square see 30 million vanishing overseas. I’m saying if you have that much to spend why not put it into improving conditions HERE. Trickle down economics, even if it actually works (lol, it doesn’t) takes TIME. Journal Square is out of time.

The museum is in J.Sq. While I do agree there are more important things to focus on this is an investment for JC. This is supposed to bring in some type of revenue. Theoretically, this should attract more people to J. Sq which would bring in money for the city. Hopefully

I remember seeing a video of a guy crossing state lines refusing to be stopped and searched (he had to declare plants or something in his car), and he gave the state worker so much shit.

The video ends when he’s eventually pulled over by state troopers who he argues with before he’s dragged out of the car in front of his two teenage children.

In addition to what was said below- they are dishonest from the start. Instead of introducing themselves as an Arcadia employee and that they’re selling solar energy, they start off by asking to see your PSEG bill with this laminated paper that says PSEG on it- so they try to come off as if they are PSEG. And then they give you a completely made up a reason for wanting to see your actual bill. Their approach is dishonest and makes zero mention of who they are and what they sell. It should be illegal for them to switch a customer’s energy source provider without permission. The only way PSEG combats it is by sending you a notice that the energy was switched and you can switch it back.
