To be honest, very, very few realtors offer anything different. They all have access to the same listings and having an "unlisted" apartment is frowned upon in the industry. So majority of realtors offer nothing of value to differentiate from others except for their professionalism. You can always negotiate commissions but the rule of thumb is to never enter an agreement with someone who wants a lower commission. In all, just pick whoever you like the most because most don't so anything different.

Why exactly would the Meadowlands line have such low capacity? It’s not like it’s a single-track line.
Isn’t the problem mainly the fact that NJ Transit has decided they don’t want to run more trains during major events due to operational/budgetary issues? Or is there some sort of limitation in the line’s design that justifies building another rail line out there?

Last time I went to Washington dog park a dog got its ear bit and was bleeding everywhere. Dog parks in the area are not good for shy and they well mannered dogs…

Washington Park Dog Park is the best in the area. Given it's size, there's more room for the dogs to not be on top of one another. People there are also generally friendly and good dog owners (though there are a few that aren't).
There was talks about putting a dog park in Pershing Field but I havent heard anything since the Fall.

Absolutely unacceptable. I’m sorry that happened to you and your pups. I don’t want to take the pups anywhere in the area now.

Didn’t catch their name. Both times I’ve had issues the owners didn’t take responsibility. The clicks are what they are. I’m more concerned about people not taking accountability or responsibility for being negligent pet parents. I will not be going back and I won’t go to any dog parks. The amount of dogs and aggressive ones in the parks is out of control. Hate to say this is a con to the area.

Hi current resident of the beacon and I’m 90% sure they wouldn’t just let you leave something that big anywhere in the complex. I would reach out to the management office asap but have a backup plan.
I would also not trust it to sit for 3 days on Clifton, it’s….not as safe as you want it to be and lots of traffic.

Did you catch either dog's name?
I find Ogden very hit or miss. Like someone else said, the people there, specifically the 5pm crew, are super cliquey. There's also been an unneutered dog going recently, and while he's not aggressive, the fact that he's unneutered sets the other dogs off in the park.

I don't think it was built for tourists. It was built to replace the antiquated 80s style cafeteria that used to be in this building for the hundreds (maybe thousands) of people that used to work in this building on a daily basis.
Before COVID this was full every day for lunch. I don't work in this building, but work in one very close, and we frequently had lunch meetings here. It was always packed.
I mean, this entire building went under a multi million dollar renovation in 2018/2019. Just really poor timing.

All of these proposals have gone through extensive studies with the last one wrapping up last year and find there is enough demand to justify them.

yeah they have gotten worse, pick up ramen from there for dinner occasionally and now it seems like if you want to go at night security needs to buzz you in. Modcup doesn't even seem to be open in there on some mornings either. Big waste.

The Bergen-Passaic-Hudson LRT goes along a different corridor through the Industrial part of Paterson and surrounding Industrial suburbs along with the city of Hackensack...the road network in those areas is at capacity.. The existing rail service dips south after the Downtown bypassing the area. The NJT 1 Bus is overcapacity despite running every 10mins the LRT line would largely replace that with a grade separated line.

Yeah, right. Going to build 2 drawbridges over the Hack and Passaic to get the HBLR extension to Kearny & Newark? Not a fucking chance. Like the Hudson Pedestrian Bridge and Tunnel, this is what you get when someone with no common sense or knowledge of how big civil engineering projects work looks at a map and starts daydreaming.

>The one inolving the MTA is extremely unlikely to happen for a bureaucratic reasons.
What involves the MTA here?
>NJ Transit Meadowlands line already existing.
That line's current capacity is too low to call another rail line to the meadowlands redundant. There's a reason people end up stuck in the Meadowlands for hours after events like the Superbowl and Wrestlemania. Maybe when it happens in front of a global audience during a World cup final or semifinal the state will be embarrassed enough to fund either fixing the line's capacity or building a light rail extension.

This is a form of advertising for them. That’s all this is. Draw a few maps. Make a few renderings and get a bunch of links to your website and your name in the press so you can tell potential clients your work has been seen on ____.
Might have even paid for the article. Lots of “native advertising” these days masquerading as legitimate content.

The previous owners (Roseland/Mack-Cali) sold off all their commercial property to concentrate on residential and the new owners aren't nearly as community oriented. I guess if they don't have a lot of people working on-site, they don't see the need to have lunch options for them. They forget about (or ignore) all the people who live around here who now work from home and would welcome a bunch of new places to eat.

Reminds me of that market Anthony Bourdain wanted to open. Then investors took over and lost all sight of the inspiration and how it should work.

I had a huge problem there a couple years ago where a Beagle attacked my dogs and bit my leg as I tried to break it up
The owner didn’t take any accountability, didn’t even move while it all transpired, and then gave a half ass “sorry my dog apparently bit you”
As my jeans are torn up and blood is dripping down my leg

And I've been going for 3 years and my only issue is the people there are clique-y.
If you don't like it don't go. I think it sucks. I don't go very often unless I'm short on time.

So in both of these proposals, the highlighted blue section (not the blue line but the blue highlight) is Norfolk Southern owned tracks that still serves active customers. And there is no way they would allow freight shifting on a light rail track, not to mention it wouldn’t even fit under the catenary. Good luck getting them to give up their active line.
