The one in Pershing Field I'm assuming? Have you tried the one in Newport? Also, there is no Orange County in NJ but there is in NY which is about 1.5 hr driving. Not sure if that's what you meant or the Oranges in NJ

A couple in my building were approached Saturday night on Monmouth, right around the block from Newark Ave while walking their dog around 11pm. Luckily they didn't have phones/wallets on them and the group eventually left them alone. Police were taking security footage from local businesses on Brunswick and instructing them to close early and go home Saturday night.

Glad to hear two of them were caught, but apparently there were at least 5 people in the group. Stay safe out there!

Maybe it’s changed in recent years but I don’t think komegshi too is good at all. Overpriced, mediocre quality and terrible service. I used to live right next to it and would travel to Honshu every time. I was even given a gift card and reluctantly went back because it was expiring.

I also think Domo Domo is extremely overpriced. Menu if wack (imo, but I get it if you like that). Fish was very high quality though. But if I wanted high quality sushi for that price there are much better options in NYC.

Honshu has remained my local favorite by far for 6 years.

Why don't people see the obvious that the initial postings and usual follow ups are almost like a paid promotions so they can get free publicity. i.e. its advertising.

Rumba's is very reliable. Duche de Leche and Angel Azul are reliable cafes. Noches de Colombia has TVs for sports fans.

As for the recommended places you refer to; some are usually busy but some are not when I walk pass them but that could be because of Covid.
