Regardless of the rights and wrongs of the situation he has the city by the balls. They'll settle rather than have to deal with this minefield in court.
Why the 6 hour gap between the incident and reporting it?
Was there any contact or indirect communication between the police and Degise prior to her making the report?
Was Amy driving on a suspended license as indicated by her ticket history?
Was her car actually impounded in Hoboken or did John Allen pull strings for her?

WTF? Given the number of videos showing the crash was clearly 100% his fault, what does he expect to accomplish? Her fleeing the scene did not cause him injury!

More like an extort claim... This woman should simply face the charges that a prosecutor would give to any citizen for a hit and run. How sad it is that feels like it will never happen.

You can't get it here but when I lived in Fort Lee I was close enough to SOMTHING where one of my broadcast channels was a slow rotating feed of GWB & some other Port Authority black and white security cam footage. It was a strangely comforting yule log to leave on in the background.

Super cool! We have a piece of the Berlin Wall here in Greenmarket Square in Cape Town, it was apparently donated to us at some point. The land mark is literally called Piece of the Berlin Wall. lol - I should go get a pic sometime.

Problems solved.
Separate licensing and taxes for weed is stupid. Hopefully the Supreme Court will eventually get the case and strike it down. It’s just exploitative.

You can take NJ Transit from Hoboken up to Tuxedo, NY - there's a little path across the street to the East that will take you into Harriman State Park. You can do a bunch of trails there, I used to do the Ramapo Dunderberg/Triangle Loop. A nice scenic overlook on that trail.

Newport Mall, the lot on the Hamilton Park side is called Denison Parking. If you can show/prove HP residency you can park there for cheap. When you first call they tell you some huge number, like $400/month, to park there, but you have to dig in and tell them you live in HP and need the lower rate. You have to have a signed lease or an electric bill I think.
