As a landlord, I would be concerned about the tenant not following the rules and attempting to scam me and cause me to lose money. Why antagonize the DeGise family with lies and half truths when they could make our lives in Hudson County miserable and cost us even more money?

So you agree that actions deserve consequences. I see you defending Amy DeGise with every bone in your body though.

If I was a landlord, I would want to know if you were guilty of fare evasion. That speaks to character and I probably wouldn’t rent to you. Actions have consequences.

They're right, but as a professional COVID tracker, thank you anyway! The best days for tracking now is probably hospitalizations, though it is slower than cases.

Between apartments units, I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything, besides when someone is talking while passing the front door in the hallway.
As for the sound from street traffic, it’s on the top floor so it’s not bad. You can definitely hear traffic but moreso in the living room than in the bedrooms which are up a flight of stairs. An apartment I used to live in on jersey Ave was much much worse.

The lady @ 51 mark was fantastic. Her articulation of her concerns perfectly align with my thoughts also - and I suspect many others on the sub-Red. Am still laughing at the comment about Amy D being the "George Santos of JC" :-)
In seriousness, whether 46K signatures are collected or not the mere effort to do so (via online tools) would help keep this issue in the local spotlight.

Now you're just sounding like an idiot, many, many people from the Heights take the elevator to 9th Street station or the Hundred Steps to the second Street station. And property along Palisade Avenue doubled or more after the HBLR opened.

Lies and half truths? HUH? And you’re afraid they could make people of Hudson County miserable? That would be called corruption. If you’re afraid of a corrupt response, you must know that speaks volumes to Amy and her family’s character.
You’re all over the place lol.
