I can't speak to the specific building but are you comparing it to other walk ups or luxury building? Is it on a garden level or 3-4 story walkup? Anything above a couple of floors gets a discount for all the stairs you have to walk. Also if it's a basement/garden apartment it will be cheaper because it will be prone to flooding. Would not recommend if that is the case.

Honestly that's pretty good for downtown, a lot less than we are paying.
