Usually you wouldn’t go home with it that day, you throw a piece at the class, then they’ll do the firing (usually 2x in the kiln) over the following week (it needs time to dry a bit before firing) and you’d pick it up when completed. I’m excited about this opening but might not be able to afford it. It was kinda similar pricing in the city and brooklyn, and so crowded. My thoughts on the 4week is that you may be throwing a lot more pieces than you would at 4 intro classes and maybe more choice in glazes etc. But who knows, curious to see what they’ll include!

Actually the primary reason for egg prices going as high as they have and continuing even when inflation is going down is because of the bird flu.

All those lofts/houses you mentioned provide shuttle buses for their residents.

Usually it includes an exam prior to even the cleaning. And rents in the area aren’t cheap for businesses.

Can you provide detail on what’s great about them? They’re completely new with virtually no way of knowing about any previous history.

If it's real, it's pretty clear to anyone who reads your posts that you either have zero knowledge of transportation, engineering, and budgets or that you come from an alternate dimension where the laws of physics and economy are completely different.

If it's real, would you consider going to college to study these matters for a few years before posting about it again? You clearly have an interest in the matter but have no actual knowledge or realistic conception of how any of it works, but this could be solved by a degree or two.
