I think it’s the LSP light rail parking lot. This way the turnpike is still to the right and you get a straight line view to lower Manhattan.

Yeah. The whole area was abandoned rail facilities lousy with illegal dumping. Including just north of what's now LSP from the canal almost to Grand.
Not sure what you're arguing. Can you pinpoint the photo location?

I assume it's cheaper to build it above instead of below.
Neighboring 77 Hudson also has a large above ground garage but it still manages to have retail space that adds to the neighborhood (a small grocer, cafe shop, and a bar). Which is why I said many of the buildings in the surrounding area aren't great but they still manage to do more to help create a neighborhood. While a neighborhood full of 99 Hudson's would be a bleak place.

I'm in my 3rd apartment in JC and all three I found on Craigslist. Realtor fees are rediculously expensive especially with the rate rents are trending in the city. Are there less listings? Yes, but better than paying 1.5 months of rent towards nothing.

Off peak tickets are weekends and weekdays not between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m
They still exist but only for specific routes and must be purchased round trip.

Use the NJtransit app on your phone? Always fine and if you don’t use the ticket, it doesn’t expire.

Also I would use the search bar tool in the jc subreddit bc this question has been asked a few times so there might be a few leads there

I loveedddd Asana Soul Practice. They have some really good new membership deals but unfortunately once that runs out it’s really really expensive. But definitely take advantage of the 2 week unlimited for 40 bucks

That's only if you don't purchase a ticket prior to boarding and the conductor asking for your ticket. Obviously if you tried to buy a ticket at a station's ticket vending machines and they weren't working, they'd waive the fee.
