Yeah it definitely depends on how much storage you use! I got the 14 PM 128gb and it’s more than enough for me. I’m so glad I did bc I love the PM and don’t think I can go back down to the regular size.

I went from the X to the 12 Mini in 2020. The increase from 5.7 on the Pro Models to 6.1 seemed just a tad too big for me.

After 2 years with the Mini, I was personally ready to go back to a larger phone. It was fine during the throes of the pandemic, but now that I’m out and about more, the battery just wasn’t cutting it. I was sick of having to charge 2-3 times a day.

Also, I’ll say that in 2 years, I never quite got used to typing on the more cramped keyboard. It feels good to be able to sprawl out again.

Being able to reply and mark as read any message from the Lock Screen. Native google keyboard. Google assistant. Faster animations

I would use another cloud service like google drive, google photos, one drive, etc. Free and they work well. It's not 2005 anymore. Stop connecting your phone to your computer with a cable.

I’ll have to test all my apps again, it’s defo opt in for devs. It’s what makes it so jarring and annoying. As it works 90% of the time, then it doesn’t and it’s like I said jarring.

Forced use of it would be preferable so it’s no issue.

The Scottish power app is one of them, it has back swipe on only some menus.. wtf. Universal would fix that.

can you give me an example of one? i always thought the backwards swipe was the equivalent of a back button in terms of technical behavior, not something that an app has to specifically support, and i've never used one where it didn't work.

You can swipe from either side of the screen (left or right) to go back one UI element.

Go to the game on the app and I think up to 6-7 hours before the start of the game you can click the 3 dots in the upper right and click start live activity. I used it for NFL so far. Right now none of the noon college football games have the live activity shown hmm..

You cannot use whatsapp with only one number but two phones. Move to IOS app can transfer all whatsapp data from Android to iOS, but you need to back up Android whatsapp data to google drive first (do it in whatsapp settings)

It didn’t cost $1299 back then, and also not heavy as a brick and large as a book like it is now.

I never use a case on my iPhone, and the only case I actually used was back on the iPhone 5, because it was a custom case for my brand (at the time).

Give me a screen protector so I can lay my phone face down, and I’m golden… Also, I never drop my phone, so a case just makes the phone look cheaper for no reason

I dunno if you do this for a living but the last thing you want to do when building a brand new application is to ask users what they want. Users don’t know what they want. They only tell you what they don’t want and even then not until after you build what they said they wanted.

Far-and-away THE BEST way to deliver new applications is to quickly build and deliver a small, limited app that actually works and does something useful on live content. At least that way you can completely start over without losing much time.
