That’s the thing. If I have an opinion about something I tend to stick to it, I have a certain way and things need to be in my day to day and that even comes to simple things just as my phone, so this will bother me for a long long time 😅

Which layout are you speaking of, the Lock Screen? That’s the only thing that changed with iOS 16. You can kinda get notifications to start mid-screen by changing them to the “list” format in settings>notifications.

So my phone is basically stuck with the new layout?

There is no going back to iOS 15. The only signed version is iOS 16.3.1.

I’m sorry I’m bad with how I put my words, the way the layout of the lock Screen and bar at the bottom of the Home Screen is more curved if that makes sense, originally the date was under the time but now it’s above and the font for the time has changed too. I’m sorry if I’m not making much sense

How are we supposed to answer this with so little information?

In PC download iTunes, in Mac it will appear on Finder, for both just click on your iPhone, hit restore, put your password, agree to everything and let it do its thing.

That makes sense. Question is, how do I restore it with my computer? I have a PC and a Mac available.

Just restore it with a computer and leave it fresh clean instead of jailbreaking it and potentially brick your device…

And now, the entire last page of apps, 16 apps, just disappeared. How TF do I get them back? This OS is definitely going. I don’t care WTF I have to do to get rid of it. TIM COOK should be embarrassed to be connected with this.

Actually, since this sounds like it’s going to be time consuming, there is one thing I’d like to change ASAP. Not a programming issue. I just don’t like it.

That ridiculous little search button at the bottom of the home screen and every screen. I have about 10 screens, I liked the iOS 15 elongated thingy MUCH better.

Officially you can’t. Apple stops signing the previous version after the current latest seems stable, or something to that effect. So iOS 15 is way out of reach.

You might be able to Jailbreak your way there but I haven’t done that since my iPhone 4S so I’m pretty out of touch with that world these days.

Depends on your comfortability and knowledge of computers/phones. There is no “publicly available” option provided by Apple, the manufacturer. So any course of action to roll it back involves a bit of work and knowing your way around their system.

Everyone might offer a solution. It’s not really that easy to rollback an update and may cause more issues if you botch it. If there are so many problems that you can’t list them, it’s likely not a problem with the specific iOS version and may be a problem with your specific phone.

I really don’t want to get into that. Everyone will start suggesting workarounds. There are just too damn many issues. All I want to do is roll it back.
