I’ve had that saved for some time now. It just makes my weather screen shots a bit spicier. People need to lighten up.

Personally, I couldn’t imagine that the notch would be a bigger annoyance than the small screen and massive bezels on the SE2.
I think you should go for it. You’ll forget about the notch as soon as you experience the much fuller screen!

Gotta love apple making their products worse just to make a buck from licensing, sounds like they're not gonna deviate from policy

This seems to be an 11 Pro since the OLED screens are the ones that usually get green lines. Make sure to get either an OEM refurb screen or a Quality aftermarket SOFT OLED screen

You can definitely buy cheap MFI certified cables (at least the lightning ones right now). I imagine it’ll be the same for the usb c ones

What do you mean lower USB-C standard though? If you use the included 20 watt charger, it won’t charge as fast as it can do. If you use a 30 watt or higher charger it will.
The only difference with the iPad Pro is it’s USB-C port also has Thunderbolt 4. Data transfer might be faster to Thunderbolt compatible devices, but that’s a different story. Thunderbolt has never been included in any non-Pro iPad.

if an Apple device has never been activated then it’s never been activated so i don’t see anything wrong with it 🤔

It has nothing to do with MFI. It has to do with Apple putting a lower USB C standard in it than what your pro has.

Are you talking about fast charging? That’s nothing to do with MFi. Fast charging requires a 30 watt charger I believe, but it doesn’t need to be Apple branded. In the iPad’s box they only provide a 20 watt wall plug, which doesn’t offer the fastest charging possible for the iPad. If you use 30 watt chargers or higher, like from a MacBook, it charges faster. Same with the iPad Pro I have. Neither needs MFi specific cables or anything like that.

About 150 - 200 depending where you bring it. Time to look for reputable shops!

That's the thing. Nothing to wipe because it's never been setup. Never activated. It wants me to go through the setup process.

The 10th Gen iPad is limited in charging and transfer speeds unlike the rest of the iPad lineup.

I tried it. It's not super reliable. That was my experience. There is no support for group iMessage conversations. When someone in the group iMessages, on the computer it appears as a message from that specific person. Unless there is some setting that I missed.
But notifications were very johnny on the spot. I actually had to turn them off. On the phone they seem ok because I set them up to be silent, but on the desktop it was just too much.

I have a friend with a pixel 7 and his photos are always on point. Even straight out of camera they just work. Meanwhile I am over here running my photos through 3 apps just to get something useable.
