• Is your background refresh on Wifi Only or Wifi + Mobile?
• Are you perpetually on low power mode?

I’m having the same issues with my 13 pro max but only when taking indoor photos with not a lot of natural light. In daylight and natural light the photos looks great

Been using iCloud since it was a thing. I have never accidentally deleted data. I have intentionally deleted data when I spent a while with a pixel and didn’t want to pay for iCloud storage.
