Nothing beats the automatic connectivity and convenience of using AirPods over other wireless earbuds, but there are probably others that are either better quality or a better value. Still, I don’t like the feeling of in ear earbuds and was tired of buying and returning ones that would keep falling out, so I ended up getting the 2nd gen AirPods since they’re the same shape of the wired earbuds I was used to. I think fit and comfort is probably the biggest factor so it’s hard to say which is the best since we all have different ears 🤷🏻♀️

Apple cannot put a timeframe on it under the Australian Consumer Law. I just had my 2019 iPhone 11 replaced at the Apple Store because the Bluetooth module was intermittently dropping out.
I was polite with the person that I was dealing with at the Apple Store and they were able to replicate the issue and see history notes from when I’ve spoken with Apple Care.

Looks like screen calibration or something. Might have just glitched into it. I see it's resolved now, but yeah force restarting can usually solve odd issues like this.

Without question there are better sounding earbuds out there. However, I doubt more than one in a thousand people are discerning enough audiophiles to tell the difference without a direct A/B comparison in one listening session.
In other words, the benefits of better sound likely don’t outweigh the other positives of AirPods Pro or Max for most people. But yeah, if you’re an audiophile, you can definitely buy better sound.

I live on a small island so it’s easy to become quite known you’re nice (or not nice) to people. I tell customers straight up. If you throw a tantrum I’m doing the bare minimum. If you’re understanding I attempt to get the earth to spin in the opposite direction for you. Over time with you being genuine you can get people (even the difficult ones) to see reason. Not everyone but most.

I went to apple store last week to get my battery replaced- it was out of warranty and never had apple care. Also did it now to avoid the price inflation. They said they will need to arrange a like for like model for me, in case something happens to my phone during the repair, we will give you the new device. Nothing happened to my device though. But that facility in itself is outta this world!

Reading comments makes me wish we had Apple Stores here are my country. The local ‘Premium Reseller’ stores are not as nice with warranties and customer support. Sure, they have great coverage, the stores are beautiful, sellers are great and kind, but if they can charge you for support, they’ll find a way.

No one claims that AirPods are the best, they just work well with Apple devices.

Never seen this in ANY documentation. Is the device a “managed” device? What happened before the circle aapeared? Install any new software? Try the force restart? >> vol-up, vol-dn, power buttons to try and force restart.

Well, you can use any other Bluetooth earphone… they will work fine… they just won’t have the convenience of AirPods though, but nothing stops you from using a Samsung Ear Buds in your iPhone. The Samsung Ear Buds even has it’s own app…

I think this would be a question for r/AirPods. But let me answer it in here anyway.
If you have an iPhone or an iPad, probably AirPods are the best choice you could make. It’s not because just of the sound quality. The connectivity is really handy and it makes so much easier to just open the box, plug them into your ears and just to start your meeting, or to listen some music, etc etc etc. And I use the AirPods Pro 1st Gen and they are really comfortable in my opinion. I use them the entire day and don’t even feel them in my ears. But they are more expensive than their real value to be honest. As an example, the Galaxy Ear Buds from Samsung have all these benefits but it’s cheaper…
There are options you could use with your iPhone. The Nothing Ear 1, the Google Pixel Buds and even the Galaxy EarBuds. You should look for YouTube reviews for each one of them. They will all work fine with your iPhone, as a regular Bluetooth ear phone. But if you want convenience too, AirPods is they way to go.

As a concert goer, I recommend filming at least one song and taking a few pics. Then just enjoy the rest of the show without your camera.

As a point of comparison to another brand I personally think the Galaxy buds pro 2 sound better, but the Airpods pro have superior ANC (both tried on respective ecosystem). They are good, but there are other excellent brands such as Sony, Sennheiser, Bose, etc. Look at some YouTube reviews for mic and call quality, as well as sound comparisons. In the end nobody can tell you what will fit your ears the best so you'll just have to try some.

Timing is critical. You need to force restart the iPhone. No more than one button is pressed at a time during this process.
- Press and release Volume Up button
- Press and release Volume Down button
- Press and hold the Side/Power button on the right side of the device until you see an Apple Logo and then release
Sometimes you have to press and hold the Side button for a longer period of time than you might think. I had to hold that button for up to a minute (60 secs) once.

I can’t imagine how these responses will lean in an iPhone sub. You can probably find hundreds of comparisons on YouTube and at least ten from well known reviewers.
