The majority of the time I either notice no change or a slight improvement. Degradation and regressions are a rarity that is amplified by negative bias on the internet. (No one ever talks about unremarkable good things, only exciting bad things)

a 5c made of metal is the 5s or SE gen 1. I had both a 5c and a SE1. SE1 was very good in 2016 when it came out but by 2017 felt way too small for ''modern'' content. with full screen doesn't seem like it would that much of an improvement?

a model line i'd like to see is an extended run-time line, maybe called ''marathon''. so you'd have 14pro and a 14pro ''marathon''. it'd be 2x thick with min 6000 mah capacity. i think people would really go for it. a 13 mini but 3x thick with 8000mah would work for me!

Currently have a XR and thinking of getting the 13 Pro or the 14 Pro Max but can’t decide.

What I like: I love taking pictures with it so I’m looking forward to more GB. The size of the XR is perfect for me. It’s already hard enough fitting my phone into women’s pants with a case.l so going bigger seems annoying.

I keep seeing that the battery life for 14 Pro is less then the 13 Pro but I’ve been dealing with a crappy battery for the past two years so I’m assuming anything would be better then keeping my phone plugged in multiple times a day, right?

Yes! I had AT&T on one SIM for my personal number and Verizon on another SIM for my work number. But I had all data go through Verizon, and would forward my personal number to my work number when traveling internationally as work would flip the bill for international calling. It worked very well and was something I rarely had to deal with once I set it up.

Eventually I changed the AT&T personal to Verizon because, well, I hate AT&T.

And when I left that job, Apple was able to transfer my personal sim to a new phone and my personal contacts went with it and my business contacts stayed on that phone which, I believe is more a function of iCloud.

I plan on upgrading from my current galaxy s21 to an iPhone 15 when they release (usb c is the main turn on for me to switch)

Would it be a bad idea to get an iPhone 14 pro now and then trade it in for a 15 pro when they come out? I've got a magnetic charging cable that has lightning port connectors so I wouldn't have to buy cables or anything

Edit: also, how much would I probably be able to get for a 14 pro to trade in for a 15 pro?

Is the iPhone 13 mini a worth upgrade over the XS? I love compact phone the XS is okay I’ve used an SE 2020 and simply loved the size but the battery was a complete dealbreaker. Is the 13 mini close to the XS battery? I’m looking for a small phone for one hand use snappy enough for daily basis and that can last me years, my daily use is texting calls some scroll on social media and news and an occasional Pokémon Go (usually small sessions for bigger ones I bring a powerbank with me) and streaming music. I don’t consume media on the device like videos and movies, at maximum I watch some reels on instagram so the 5’4 is no issue to me in that department. Thanks in advance.

For this setting to work your first plan needs to have no coverage at all, that’s what makes this setting so frustrating. What you can do is change the to the better line on the same page as this setting. That’s what I currently use: Primary eSIM for my actual phone number associated with iMessage, second physical SIM for DATA with the switch enabled.

I just switched back to iPhone after over a decade of being with Android and I'm hesitant to update my ios because of this. I hear about constant performance and battery issues with every update, is this true?
