If the customer contracted with Uber for the delivery it’s on the customer/Uber to sort it out. I’ve had no issues having purchases delivered from the Apple Store but Apple used their own couriers.

Yup, how can you explain regular joe or grandma to use signal just because is more safe if is less popular, WhatsApp is simple and ready to use.

Exactly. WhatsApp is much more convenient than other services due to its universal adoption - especially when you're communicating with people coming from many nations.

Forgot about that. Yes, it was also working for the five people who used Windows phones.

Happened to my friend when door dash was to deliver two macbooks directly from the store. Never delivered them but luckily they replaced them.

It’s so annoying. YouTube always loads in 360p by default on iPhone and maxes out at 720p (some videos don’t even get that, but on Safari in macOS gets higher). Even an old iPad Air 2 gets 1080p, but a brand new iPhone is limited to 720p?

If there’s something else out there that does the same job for free wouldn’t that be better?

My extended family with a mix of iPhones and Android has been using Signal for years. Works pretty well and has gotten more polished since we started using it.
If you need it, you can link a desktop client with your phone too. I find that convenient.

You paid a thousand dollars for a phone and can’t spend 2.99 on an app?

Just stick with iPhones.

You could use another messaging app like Signal that works across Android and iOS. You could also use a cloud storage service like Google Photos or OneDrive. Create a folder and upload photos there and access them across all your devices.

Between 1978 and present, CEO compensation has risen 1,460%. Worker compensation has risen 18%. That is what I’m talking about. Cherry picking a few winners does not diminish overall trends.

Whatsapp was big outside USA before FB bought it. It was the default replacement for the extremely popular Blackberry Messenger, because WA was the only app that worked on all three smartphone platforms (Android, iPhone, and Blackberry). Once they’re in, there has never been a compelling reason to leave.

I don't think macOS Safari and iOS Safari are the exact same, I may be wrong but that's what I think. I remember a few years ago the AppleTV couldn't play 4k YouTube videos and that was because Google used a format that Apple was against implementing(Because it was inferior to what Apple already had if I remember correctly)

No, it's the seller's responsibility to get your product to you. So Apple. Apple can go after Uber if they want, in the same way they can go after UPS or Fedex on one of their deliveries. But the refund to the customer needs to come from Apple.
