I’ve had it done on my iPhone 7, around 3 years ago. But there is a huge risk that the oled panel (main display) may be damaged while separating the touch screen glass from the display assembly. The iPhone 7 is still working flawlessly. But I’ve had a tempered glass screen protector ever since on it.

Yeah I saw few videos like that and they look like “home made” a bit. Maybe I’m wrong but this service is Apple signed not just random “phone fix-point”. I’m pretty sure they have specialised tools to make repairs like that. But I could be wrong also. Also they give a 1 year warranty for they repairs.

This screen protector looks fine but I think it will no cover a lot my scratches. They’re pretty deep :/

So all web browsers on iOS are basically a themed safari, and safari is historically late to the game on modern web standards. It’s why many browsers work on macOS for tasks that don’t work on safari or they outperform. Specifically JavaScript is very far behind
