So basically if you open a browser and it loads google and you search on it, you have no privacy. That means millions of people around the world have no privacy and if they don’t why isn’t their info spread all over the world?

Well, you asked.

If you want cheaper alternatives, there are the Airpods 3rd gen or the Airpods Pro 2nd gen. The Airpods Pro 2nd gen is probably the one to get, but it's still pricey. The Airpods 3rd gen is cheaper, but often does not fit small ears, is susceptible to ear wax, and does not sound as good (call quality is still decent, though).

A “4G SIM” is a misnomer. A SIM card just authenticates you to the network, it does not provision 4G / 5G. You don’t need a “5G SIM” to access NR.

OP can disable 5G in Settings if their carrier’s carrier bundle allows for that. Cellular Data > Voice & Data > 4G

I never experienced that, even when recording 20+ minutes of video on my 14 Pro Max... But I do not use 5G since the price and coverage isn't worth it where I live. Try asking a friend for a regular 4G sim and test the same activities to rule it out.
