Apparently you can get the same effect with EQ so I don't really see a point in taking the risk to mod them

The fiio k3 isn't a balanced amp why would you have a balanced cable, rather switch to fiio k7 then
Edit : Sorry for the inconveniences. It has a 2.5mm balanced out

That varies from headphone to headphone... You usually don't have to glue pads on good quality headphones. On mine they just snap in. They are built with repairability in mind... That's not the case with every headphone though, even some high quality ones come glued. In that case I don't know what to use... You should first find out if you can buy replacement parts for your particular headphone.

How do you replace the pads by self? Do you know what glue to use?

Just found the replacement earpads on Amazon. All I need to figure out now is if I can replace them by self or need some professional help coz they seem to be glued.

Yeah but these are perfect. Not too tight or heavy, they are soft, decent audio quality and not too heavy on pockets.
I don’t wanna buy new unless the audio is ruined

The manufacturer didn’t reply on Twitter. :/Anyway I read other comments here and found the earpad replacement on Amazon. I’m going to get it changed. So happy 🤙
Cartella t1_j9nnq0q wrote
There is no real full volume as it is a passive device. At certain levels (and also frequencies) the headphone starts distorting more and more, and you can say this is where the volume ends. You can safely plug it into your motherboard and decide if it’s loud enough and if you want to purchase a separate amp later.

Hahahaha! bought them in May 2021. But I read other comments. I think I was too careless wearing them after shower without dry hair and stuff
