It's all Canada's fault. They hold the water till it becomes a problem then send it down to the next city. By the time it gets to Minnesota it's a biblical flood. Every time.
Then they hit us with the "oh sorry about that there biblical flood eh"

Its not far from the old Chain of Rocks bridge. At one point I kind of knew the story.
Barges can't pass at this point, but there is a channel that they can.

I LOVE IT. Reminds me of home. The light and the sea, and the cold specifically.

I would love to see this with a bit of a longer loop, with the lights changing from red to amber to green

The river itself is more like America’s colon. The MR watershed covers about 40 percent of the continental US and parts of Canada. Whatever trash, fertilizer or other agricultural chemicals that go on the ground within the watershed end up flushed down the river. In this metaphor, Port Eads, LA would be the butthole.

Not bland at all IMO!
The glare version is all about the glare.
The original allows the eye to travel from left to right, moving from the grubby, unwelcoming wall and letting the birds guide you across the landscape towards a brighter, sunnier tomorrow.

Interesting. I dont feel like many other games had that much detail at that point. I guess I could be wrong though.

Nah. The Secret of Money Island came out in 1990 and had this level of detail. Monkey Island 2 followed in 1991 and was even better. Tomb Raider 1 (1996) was already fully 3D.
