Of all the screens to play Doom on, one where half the screen is hidden/overlayed by the rest of it seems like one of the most painful options. Maybe play while lying underneath so there's only extreme distortion?

Also, short of playing it with extremely low fps, what kind of screen would be worse than the holographic tree screen?
