here's an idea that popped into my head/ you buy another desk when you can and you put your pc case on it// you move your monitors back on the desk a little/ buy a bigger mouse pad on amazon for less than 30$/and that's it

I'll agree with you that it feels harder, like you have less room to breathe, and the atmosphere is definitely darker. They seem to have trimmed a fair bit of unnecessary fat from certain areas (like the Castle) as well.

Adding stuff like the side quests and the expanded Blue Medallion stuff is really cool, and I love what they've done with the shop... but it is more or less the same game at the end of the day, and I think it's important that it be that way. If it wasn't, it wouldn't feel like what we all played nearly 20 years ago, and that was a big component of what would make it enjoyable.

So don't take what I'm saying as a gripe. It's just that it is mostly the same, just better.

Borderlands 2 is one of my favorite games .... the rest meh .... 1 has a meh story and good game play, 2 is just phenomenal... 3 just couldn't capture that same magic

Red Dead Redemption 2. I’ve always dealt with some pretty persistent demons, struggled to know myself for who I really am. This has led to some pretty self-destructive behaviours.

Before I became a father for the first time, I picked up red dead redemption 2 for the second time, I didn’t appreciate it the first time around.

Seeing Arthur Morgan find his place in the world, watching everything he ever knew and loved fall down around and watch him scramble to piece together his own conscience… I could just really relate.

When things happen to Arthur and he begins to atone, he begins to change, despite admitting in THAT scene that, “I guess, I’m afraid”, just broke down years of mental barriers.

It taught me that no matter how broken you may be, no matter what you’ve done, you can still give to those that deserve it. You’re still worth something.

Even now typing this, I can feel cathartic tears welling remembering the journey. I can’t explain to people how much that game changed me for the better without them thinking I’m mad, or silly.
