I honestly want the 5 remake just for the co-op in a modern Capcom remake aside from that Dino Crisis deserves a comeback.

agreed. being able to actually experience Tyrants size compared to chris or jill would be an amazing moment. it would be great if they kepts and added to more of a difference between both characters game differences to have more of an impact on each character.

Totally agree. RE4 didnt need a remake (it was welcomed tho, fantastic game) but RE CV NEEDS a remake ASAP. After that i could only imagine a remake of the original in the style of the new games. But i wont hold my breath.

One thing you should know about borderlands is that most people dont play it for the story.

The second game has an amazing vilain but the stories themselves are usualy your classic "defeat the bad guy" cliche. Its also a lot of juvenile humor wich sometimes work and sometimes don't.

The games dont take themselves very seriously and neither should you. Just watch a recap of the first game and play the second.

Mario games would be good, a lot of them don't require heavy reading and provide a lot of visual instruction. Also, because the character is so popular there's a ton of genres to branch out to while still keeping the same familiar characters. Super Mario Bros, Mario Kart, Mario Party etc. There's even Mario Baseball/Tennis/Soccer and more if you wanna get them into sports

I wish my son could get into MC: Dungeons. We played it for a bit but he tends to get bored of it pretty quickly. This weekend we played WWE2k22 and WWE2k23 for hours though lol. During loading screens he would jump on my shoulders and yank me down, good times

My first game was bl2. Didn’t play 1 till way after and I just rushed though it to finish it. 2 is by far the best out of the series. 3 is good but not better than 2. You probably won’t like playing 1 if you play 2 first.

I can get behind this. The only original RE game I didn’t finish. Got bugged on the Tyrant fight on the plane and had to restart my game. Didn’t have the commitment or desire to do it again

I loved the sequel, it definitely leaned more into the MOBA aspects but I thought it was tons of fun.

So, I've intermittently found myself in the same situation. As others have said, maybe an alternative use of your time till the spark returns, but I can also speak to the effectiveness of a sort of comfort game(example, I keep coming back to terraria over the years) something that even if you're not feeling it seems to draw you in time and again. If that's not something you have, that's OK too! Best of luck on finding something new and exciting!
