It isn't their problem, but it's also common courtesy to not make spoiler thumbnail videos 1 day after a game gets released. For actually old games that nothing has been done to (i.e. no remakes or whatever) it's still annoying, but understandable. I just cant really understand why there has to flat out spoilers without warning. Maybe a 2 sec spoiler warning isnt too much to ask if possible?

Not spoiler "culture", its people making content that happens to be a spoiler for you. Its not their responsibility to protect you.

Spoilers/leaks for things are that aren't out yet are bad, yes. But people on the internet talking about something that you haven't played/watched isn't their problem, sorry.

If there was no pushback on hit or block, it would allow for infinites (both on hit AND on block).

That's a major no-no in today's games, especially if it's super easy to do.

IE if there were zero pushback, what is to stop someone from landing a single jump in (or whatever) then just chaining jabs over and over until they die / the timer runs out? Same thing on block.

It's literally necessary for the games to function at all.

I bought one at launch. Only remember getting Ridge Racer, Lumines, a memory stick, and carry case. Converted a couple movies and videos to play on it. That was cool af for the time. Threw it in the trash after a couple months.

I recommend playing the games in release order.

Like others have said only Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy have a pc port. But you can play Uncharted 1-3 on pc with Sony's Playstation Plus app and subscription. It's streaming the game and even if you have great internet it's not the best experience. However, I've seen people beat Last of Us on the hardest (regular) difficulty like that so it is possible. PS3 emulation has made progress in the last years. Maybe that's working now, too.

Or just get a PS3 there's a few other iconic games that never got a pc port.

I was a SEGA and Sony kid. Didn’t get a Nintendo home console (Switch) until I was 30, and it made me wish I could have had an N64 or SNES back in the day. I missed so many legendary games it’s unreal.

Sure I can play some of those games now on NSO, but it doesn’t have everything I want (mainly stuff like Chrono Trigger, the early Final Fantasy games) and games just hit different when you’re a kid.

I would have been all over the Zelda and Metroid games in particular.
