It is sub par in literally all categories.

It doesnt play as good as other mmos

It doesnt look as good as other mmos

It doesnt have as good a soundtrack as other mmos

And for an elder scrolls game yoir better off playing skyrim or oblivion

Hello, I’ve been playing for over a year now and can definitively say that yes, it’s worth playing.

Unlike other MMOs, ESO is easy to get into. Very beginner friendly. Plus, if you’ve played Skyrim, you will understand most of the mechanics in the game.

Since you’ve played it before you will be able to get back into it fairly quickly. I imagine the amount of content may look overwhelming at first but it’s not.

Currently I enjoy the game but I don’t play it nearly as often as I used to. Content is there but I’ve burnt myself out.

You are correct that you have the right to your opinion. Just as how others have the right to view you as incredibly judgemental.

Saying your not judgemental as a whole like it's some sort of excuse is bullshit. That's like someone saying they aren't racist as a whole because they only dislike black people.

I'm not judgmental at all as a whole. But to me FFXIV is some weeaboo shit. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. But that's how I see that game. I don't think weeaboos and/or people who play FFXIV are beneath me though. That's an incorrect assumption you are making about me. I don't think anyone is beneath me. We are all flawed humans just trying to figure it out day by day. But to me FFXIV is some weeaboo shit. I have the right to have that opinion.

You can enjoy Final Fantasy without being a weeaboo. It's just a fantasy mmo. Although the fact that you keep referencing weeaboos kinda makes me think you are judgemental af. And if that's true maybe don't play with people you think are beneath you. So ya avoid weeaboos shit so you don't end up ruining someone else's day with your bias.

Playing Need for Speed Underground. At the end of the game, maybe an event or two away from the end. Playing my heart out, frustrated about a drag race I just couldn't win. There's a thunderstorm going on outside I'm not paying attention to, I go to save when the power suddenly drops out. The power came back on after a few seconds, but all that save data was gone. All the work I put into the game getting the car I had and upgraded and just, I was so god damn mad. I took the game disc, which I was playing on the Gamecube, and put it in the palm of my hand and squeezed until it crushed.

I bought a new copy a few days later and started over again and beat the game.

Yeah, Origin screwed up my cloud saves a couple times. They were two for two on it desyncing and nuking my data, so I‘ve left their cloud saving disabled for… damn I think six years now. And I’ve needed a cloud hosted save in Origin exactly 0 times since then, so no regrets there.

I also had my first Dark Souls 1 character nuked. I let my roommate sign into my desktop to test something real quick in the game, and that blew away the save file for whatever reason. Thankfully I hadn’t gotten particularly far, so it was fine.

Fair enough though FFXIV is pretty great. ESO is fine, Phantasy Star Online is also good but I guess that is more weeaboo stuff lol

As far as consoles there aren't really an array of options. DC Universe Online maybe. Neverwinter. Path of Exile is a Diablo-like game but console controls are pretty trash tbh.

I'm looking for an MMO to play that isn't world of warcraft. WoW on private servers seems really dope but I'm more of a console guy than PC and I don't have the time or energy right now to invest into learning WoW. So idk what my options are for MMO's other than ESO. I don't like final fantasy cuz i'm not into weeaboo stuff.

I'm not big into MMOs and took a break from ESO a while back as well. I returned (started a new character) and it seems pretty easy to get back into. Just if you want to do the main game and expansions in order it requires a bit of research. It's not really a direct line and it depends on your alliance. I recommend it though if you like Elder Scrolls and MMOs.

It only really works well with strong citrus flavours - lots of sugar and salt cut the bitterness and paired with something light and sweet like the almond frangipane makes the whole thing work really well together!

Oof, tonic water is not an ingredient I'd usually want in my pie lol. Do you have to add a bunch of salt to it to counteract the bitterness, or is just a tiny splash of quinine in the mix enough to make it glow like that?

Only if you count from not being able to save on the N64 without a memory pak. I think the GameCube was my only console that required any other external storage, where it never left the console. Then it was the Wii, internal, 360 clipped to the top and never came off. Everything from Xbox One/PS4 on is all cloud based.
