That's what cosplay used to be back in the day. Even if there was cleavage involved, it would be tasteful with a skilled costume.

They give a shit about a large user base. There's a reason so many games are "Series X/S optimized" and also play on Xbox One instead of just being Xbox Series X/S games and it's directly related to people going into stores and seeing video games but no systems to purchase.

Xbox has a list of reasons why it's better then playstation. Exclusives exmusives, I can play basically every PS game on PC, phone or switch.
Xbox has Gamepass, crossplay (which Sony fights at every turn), faster updates, better mods for the games that allow it, less censorship, and tends to get PC games/updates well before Playstation. There are quite a few games/updates that are on PC/Xbox that still haven't hit playstation.
Genshin is a really dumb reason to pick a console imo, especially when it's a shitty gatcha game she can play on her phone.

Some people like to get caught up in the hype and play a game with all their friends when it first comes out instead of waiting a year and a half to play it after everybody else is already moved on

Top of the line computers don't exist for long. Another better piece of hardware for it is always around the corner. It's part of why I don't do much PC gaming. Looking at specs and figuring out how well it'll run is a pain. Consoles are never "top of the line" since PCs will always be ahead of them... but before you knew a console game would run and run well rather than it being like "It RUNS on the OG but it's pretty janky. Get the newest version of the system and you won't have those performance issues."
I don't demand backwards compatibility. Nobody did until the PS2 happened. I don't make games or consoles so I have no idea how hard it is to make a system backwards compatible. I don't throw out old hardware so I'm not worried about that.

You can oversimplify most games this way. Its got several mechanics different from souls series.

It's the opposite for me. I use my gaming PC as the family HTPC as well, so I use the monitor instead of a TV. Pixio PX329 1440p 32".
