That's because of the chip shortage and scalpers and the current generation hard to get. They aren't going to screw themselves by making amazing games that people would just have to buy and put aside until they actually manage to get the mythical PS5 or Xbox Series consoles.

I am talking about pure gameplay, UI and just bugs. Having pride flags in the game doesn't make it buggy so again, you don't get my post.

My TV is 4K capable but the main draw was the monitor being small and the TV being 42 inches. It was an easy decision since the games I play don't need insane refresh rates or anything.

Not going to happen. It will cause massive issues in development forcing a studio to try and bug fix and optimize a dozen different console types at once.

Programmer, it is much nicer having my code on one screen and webpages I am working on on the other. Of course that means one of my monitors is in vertical orientation. Otherwise I also four instances of file explorer helps when organizing multiple drives with each on half a screen.

I'm gaming on a laptop at the moment. If the game is suitable for a controller I will plug it into my TV. For example I played Stray on my TV.

This probably will not happen, if I remember right the PS3/XBox360 generation lasted longer because of the resession was going on near the end of it. Well the worlds economy is in a worse state then it was back then. Between the delay on supply and the poor economy right now I very much doube that the PS5/Xbox Se X generation will be shorter.

After unlocking a good amount of perks for all the different weapons, I really wanna disagree.

The only weapon that falls off a bit later is the carbine, probably to balance out the leech perk. MAYBE the spitmaw, as the game throws so many flying enemies at you. Overall I think the the weapon variety and perks are great!

TV for watching TV and console gaming, dual monitors for PC.

PC has a monitor, TV is for couch watching. In the evenings, I am at my desk, my wife is on the couch.

I use an all-in-one PC. It's monitor and computer together.

I do plan on getting a tower later this year though, and that'll be using a monitor.

I moved my PC into the living room so I can spend more time with the family. The TV is a hardware bottleneck though, capable of 1080p when connected to a pc but my system can run 4k, so I have a monitor stowed away for when I want to use it.
