I've had similar feelings before, where I didn't want to play games anymore because I didn't feel like I was accomplishing anything. It was like, the fact that you have nothing real to show for it after beating a game suddenly because a huge demotivator.

For me the solution was to take on a hobby, which was creating a webcomic. It gave me something to put my efforts into while having something to show for it. After working on that for a while, the desire to game came back.

I played through it a couple times on PS4 on release, then bought it again on Steam when I saw it on sale. It's like Skyrim now. Boot it up like every year, mod it for 3 hours, play like 5-10%, stop. Repeat every year until the end of time.

If youre not playing games to relax/enjoy them theres no reason to play them. That being said you need to give your brain and body downtime from work or other stressors so make sure youre replacing games with something else.

That seems bout right. Steam has a crap ton more games. Sonys known for their single player story driven games while Xbox is not for its multiplayer functionality and features. Makes sense that PlayStation will have the highest completion rate

I love all three. I don't really know if I can pick between Asylum and City. Both are too awesome. I've been considering replaying them, and I think this is the sign to do it.

Fortnite has got some great crossovers and very accessible. This season in particular is way more action focused so the games are never too quiet or too long.

I liked Knight more than City. I do agree that Asylum had the best narrative and the small environment prevented it from ever feeling like they did too much copy/paste, so it’s probably my favorite one.

Fortnite gets Reddit hate but it’s a lot fun, runs on UE5, and is probably the best example of how to do a free to play game.

Any amount of manual saving is too much now, the game should handle it all for you.

But if you are playing in a game with manual saves, do it whenever you can.
