God of War Ragnarok 1&2 ... I watched both stories on YouTube but its not really my type of game.

The 3rd biome was a huge wall for me. Took me months, then, once I got past it, I beat the game in one sitting.

Some weapons are REAL useless.

Mario Maker 2. I love to watch good players play crazy kaizo levels. Playing it myself is just not as fun as I‘m not good enough to play the really exciting stuff.

I don't know myself fully why I find it enjoyable,maybe some games requires some skills that I don't have yet,or I like the campaign but I don't like playing it if it makes any sense

I like watching mmo's. I love mmos but dont have the time or energy to grind them anymore. I get to vicariously play them through others. I also have a few streamers that play like i would so its not frustrating to watch.

I think he's right on both accounts. Ranked has a place but so does social, meaning random matchmaking. The arguement that a low skill player is gonna quit the game because they get stomped by someone much better in a random lobbey is silly because if they want to be matched against someone their skill level they can play RANKED. I just miss the halo 3 days of ranked social split where social was the wild west. You could get a game with guests on your team or the enemy team, a team of complete beginners or a team of sweats, it was fun as hell. A person who is gonna quit the game after getting stomped is not the player to cater to, trying to protect them is silly, they are not gonna sustain the game. The reality is microstransactions have curbed game design in an attempt to maximize player base.

Moore’s Law backs this up. I suspect if we want any games to look like reality, we’ll have to power them with things other than traditional computers and graphics cards.
